I grew up in the days of dial-up internet, Blockbuster movie nights, and barefoot summers outside until the streetlights came on. Life was simple back then—full of dance, swimming, arts, and connection—and a big part of me has always longed to bring that kind of simplicity and joy into adulthood.
These days, I channel that nostalgia into my mission to help women reconnect with what truly matters: gentle movement, nourishing food, and soul-aligned rhythms.
I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, Food Safety Manager, Group Fitness Instructor, and Personal Trainer—but more than anything, I’m here to walk beside you as you build a life that feels like you. Whether you’re joining me for a Pilates session, attending a seasonal soup pop-up, or cooking something cozy in a wellness workshop, you’re invited to breathe, rest, and move at your own pace.
